The Advanced is a handmade Antonio Strad double bass, hand-carved from well-aged spruce and maple. The advanced bass rental is professionally set up in San Antonio with strings made in the USA and a hand-carved french Aubert bridge.

The sound is clean, clear and open. Our Advanced Rental is a great instrument if you are looking to advance quickly.

What does all of the above mean for the player?
It means the bass sounds great and is fun to play. A good sound will equal more practice and the more you play the better you’ll get.
