RENTAL RETURNS

If your rental period on your instrument has come to an end or you’re looking to exchange the rental that you have, you’ll be happy to know our rental returns are simple. Just follow the four-step process below and you’ll be good to go!

How to return your rental instrument:

  1. Find the order number of your rental in your original rental email.
  2. Follow this link to our Return Portal and enter your order number along with your zip code.
  3. The Return Portal will then provide you with a return label that you should print and attach to a box (with the original packaging or padding that you received upon getting your rental), and of course, with your rental instrument inside.
  4. Mail that package back to us here at Antonio Strad.

That’s it! Thank you for following along. Returns are processed when they arrive at our facility. You will be notified via email when the processing is complete! Processing time may vary. If you have any difficulties, please get in touch with us so we can help you.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Antonio Strad Violin offers a 45-day money-back return policy. In order to receive a full refund, please ensure that products are in original packaging and condition, with no signs of extensive use or damage. All accompanying materials should also be included, such as cases and case straps, accessories, strings, certificates, manuals, and other items that were included in the original order.

If you exceed 45-days, you may still return the product but we cannot guarantee a full refund. Please contact our shop for further assistance.

RECEIVING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product in poor, damaged, or malfunctioning condition – please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you with arranging the appropriate solution.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Please contact us in our store, by calling us, or by emailing us. Please explain why you’d like a refund, and also please share if there were any issues with the product. If the product arrived to you damaged, or is malfunctioning, we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter.

Please call or email the store and ask for a label. Antonio Strad Violins is not responsible for any damages incurred in shipping for returned items.

COST OF SHIPPING RETURNS
You are responsible for the payment of shipping, unless there was a problem with the product. If you have an issue with the product, please let us know so that we can further assist you.

AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM
When we receive your return, we inspect the product to ensure that there is no signs of damage, extensive use.

METHOD OF REFUND PAYMENT
Refunds are issued in the method that was used to make the original purchase for that product.

LOST SHIPPING BOXES
If you have lost your shipping box please go to your Local FedEx Office with a label generated from this link FedEx Return Label Service. FedEx Office will provide a box for you. If it is a Cello and they think they can’t do it without a hard case. Stay there and call us at the store. We may have to do some arm twisting.
