Double Bass Rental

The Standard Double Bass Rental is a handmade Antonio Strad Bass, hand-carved from well-aged spruce and maple. These basses are professionally set up in San Antonio with USA made D’Addario strings and a French Aubert bridge.

Our Rental includes:

The bass, fret tapes, case, bow, rosin and rock stop.

Preferred Protection $2.00 / month Same as the Basic plan and replaces broken strings

How to measure for the Double bass

Bass sizing is based on the players height; see our chart for the approximate sizing.

It’s better to play on an instrument that is a bit smaller than one that is bigger, especially for beginners.
