The Standard is a handmade Antonio Strad bass. The standard bass rentals are professionally set up in San Antonio with strings made in the USA and a french Aubert bridge.

What does all of the above mean for the player?
It means the bass sounds great and is fun to play. A good sound will equal more practice and the more you play the better you’ll get.

Rental includes fret tapes, rock stop, case, bow, and rosin.

It’s better to play on an instrument that is a bit smaller than one that is bigger, especially for beginners.
