Available in Continental USA only - (note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses). Holidays, weekends, days closed, and severe weather may affect shipping delivery dates.

    Instrument, Case and Oversized Items Charges

There is an additional charge for each instrument or instrument outfit ordered. All instruments can be shipped in the outfit case except for cellos. Cellos can only be shipped in a soft cello bag or a Prelude case. If some other case is ordered, there will be two additional charges, one for the cello shipping and one for the case shipping.

Double Bass shipments always require a shipping quote. A shipping quote will be sent to you within 1 business day of your order. Please e-mail for your quote, be sure to include your shipping address.

International Shipping Information

If you are ordering from outside the U.S.A., you may still place your order using our website. 

We will email you within 1 business day with several shipping options and their cost for you to choose from. Once you make your decision, processing your order will take an additional 2-4 business days.

We do not ship partial shipments due to backorders on international orders. If there is an item out of stock, we will hold the entire order until the item is in stock.

We are unable to ship flammable liquids internationally. This includes polishes, varnishes and bow hair rejuvenation kits.

Please note, there will be duties and/or taxes on the merchandise you purchase that you will be responsible to pay. The amount is determined by your country. Delays in customs and severe weather affect delivery dates.
